Refunds

  • The Joining Fee is deemed fully earned and not refundable once your first order is auto-accepted by the system.
  • If you already paid the capture fee for an order which is subsequently canceled by the BPO company, you can request a refund of the capture fee for that order.  We will attempt to verify the order cancellation.
  • We do not issue refunds for captured orders based on non-payment by the BPO company.  We develop auto-accept only for companies that regularly pay their agents, but we can’t guarantee payments by a 3rd party.

Exception:  If our service fails to capture a “Non Exclusive” or “Non Assigned” order for you within 30 calendar days of paying the joining fee, we will allow you to leave the group with a full refund of the joining fee, at your request.
